To reveal the Truth of your business velocity, the Forge requires raw evidence. Please ensure you have the following ready before initiating the Protocol:

Bank Statements (Last 6 Months): Standard PDF exports for all primary operational accounts.

Management Accounts (Last 12 Months): Your most recent monthly reporting packs (P&L and Balance Sheet).

General Ledger / Transaction Export (Last 12 Months): Granular transaction data in CSV or XLSX format.

Functional Headcount & Cost Schedule: A current snapshot of job titles, departments, and monthly fully-loaded costs (Privacy-protected: exclude individual names).

Strategic Evidence: Your current Pitch Deck, Cap Table, and any active MOUs/Contracts representing forward-looking value.
